The Singlefold ramps are designed to be more portable (Folds in half like a suitcase), easy to handle and easy to set-up. That is their major attraction.
They fold in-half and can be carried like a suitcase.
They are used to elevate a wheelchair or scooter a limited height (the rise) in a safe distance. The maximum height is 4 to 10 inches for an occupied wheelchair or 6 to 15 inches if unoccupied. The lengths of the ramps are from 2 to 5 feet. You select the ramp that matches your rise requirement. Then you select the length based upon space and safety concerns the longer ramp is usually safer because there is less slope.
